Chuck Dupree, president of Dupree Construction, LLC, has more than 30 years experience as a building contractor, specializing in the design and construction of fine quality homes in the Baton Rouge area. Chuck Dupree is a third generation builder, a leader and member in the Capital Region Builders Association, and has constructed homes in Baton Rouge’s finest subdivisions. His expertise is demonstrated in The Cottonwood model home designed by Michael Hogstrom, of the award-winning firm OnSite Design, and interior design by Anne McCanless, ASID.

DISTINCTIVE HOMES BY WATSON, LLC
I have always strived to build “homes” for people (not just a house) and this drives every decision during the building process – whether it is a speculative home or a custom home.
In 2003, Tyler Watson formed Distinctive Homes by Watson, LLC and has gone on to construct over 150 custom and speculative new homes in both the Ascension and Baton Rouge markets. He is a board member of the Capital Region Builders Association, is active, in his community, at St. George Catholic Church and in the leadership of the Better Business Bureau.
